Your challenge:

You will be responsible for purchasing the materials and components (screw-cutting, thermosetting, thermoplastics, metal tubes, electronics, etc.) needed to manufacture our life-series products, while implementing the purchasing strategy defined by the Group.

Your missions:

• Ensure commercial relations with suppliers: manage annual negotiations, consolidate partnerships, conclude contracts.
• As a supply chain liaison, act as an interface between suppliers and internal departments to resolve any problems that may arise (quality, lead times, etc.).
• Manage purchasing risk through a security plan (supply chain, financial, audits, etc.).
• Propose technical productivities and monitor their qualification in coordination with R&D and quality teams.
• Contribute to the structuring of the supplier panel: evaluate performance and ensure reporting.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• Ideally with a technical background, you have at least 7 years’ experience in industrial purchasing, which has strengthened your tenacity and developed your negotiating skills in the context of long-term partnerships.
• At ease with IT tools (mainly Excel), you have used an ERP system to manage your business.
• Your command of English will enable you to communicate effectively with our international suppliers.
• Endowed with a genuine technical curiosity, you’ll gradually gain an understanding of our manufacturing processes, enabling you to assert your technical legitimacy in dealings with suppliers.
• Organised, you will skilfully manage the large number and different types of supplies you purchase according to our QCD (Quality, Delivery, Cost) criteria.
• Convinced of the effectiveness of teamwork, you work constructively and assertively to implement productivity initiatives.

Permanent contract based in Vinay (38), 30 minutes west of Grenoble.
