Industrialisation engineer

Your challenge:

Reporting to the Director:

  • You will be responsible for industrialising new products and optimising products already in production.
  • You develop new production resources.

Your missions:

  • Defining the equipment profile(s), the specifications and capitalising on the input data.
  • Participating in the acceptance of the equipment, the distribution of the associated workstation file and the capitalisation of the technical file (analysis of the equipment).
  • Carrying out the various feasibility phases (technical, cost, capability in conjunction with other departments).
  • Carrying out the design review and ensuring that the stakeholders approve the specifications.
  • Seeking out suppliers, prospecting for solutions and costings, explaining the project and monitoring its progress.
  • Ensuring coordination with external companies for the implementation of projects.
  • Participating in the process FMEA and risk analysis.
    Guaranteeing the Group’s regulatory safety standards for new and existing production facilities.
  • Ensuring the transfer of products and processes from Vinay (FRANCE) to Ezzahra (TUNISIA).
  • Defining and ensuring returns on project investments.
  • Research, design and implement solutions for improving equipment.

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering.
  • You have solid experience in an industrial environment.
  • You have knowledge of mechanical engineering and are comfortable working with figures.
  • You have knowledge of FMEA and drawing up plans.
  • You are familiar with standards and compliance with regulations.
  • You are familiar with CGI principles (costs and benefits).
  • You have a real sense of technical rigour and reliability, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are organised, a good communicator and a good team player.
