Your challenge:

Your main tasks will be to :

• Define manufacturing parameters and develop manufacturing processes within the workshop using continuous improvement and statistical tools
• Monitor performance indicators and transfer knowledge to production teams in compliance with our industrial principles and rules

You will also be responsible for the following tasks:

• Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure that safety, quality, cost and deadline objectives are met
• Develop and adapt new processes to customer requirements
• Qualification/approval of process or product modifications

You are the ideal candidate if:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial engineering
• You will have at least 5 years’ experience in the same or a similar role, in which you have used process tools and methods such as Lean, FMEA and SPC (statistical process control), and have a good command of Excel
• As a self-starter, you will draw on your operational rigour to make processes capable, give meaning to them and optimise the capitalisation of knowledge
• Your organisational skills and ability to solve problems mean that you can handle multiple subjects simultaneously and decide on priorities
• You’re approachable, a good teacher and you’ve got your feet firmly on the ground, so you’re happy to put your technical knowledge into practice to meet customers’ needs as effectively as possible
