Your challenge:
Provide decision support tools, ensure the reliability of industrial data, participate in managing results, contribute to the continuous improvement of performance, and do this in connection with operational teams and the finance department.
Your missions:
- Analyze industrial performance and produce reporting :
- Collect and exploit data from industrial processes (productivity, scrap, material consumption, OEE, etc.).
- Develop and update industrial management dashboards.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs): production costs, efficiency, standard/actual variances.
- Conduct variance analysis and formulate corrective recommendations.
- Develop and manage the budgeting process and forecasts:
- Coordinate the collection of budgetary data with the various departments (production, maintenance, logistics, etc.).
- Consolidate the budgetary and forecast elements (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Build standard costs (specifications, catalogues, production costs) in connection with the technical services.
- Formalize and disseminate the budget summary documents.
- Update the direct cost of finished products on a monthly basis.
- Participate in the monthly closing and ensure the reliability of the data:
- Integrate analytical data into the closing process while meeting deadlines.
- Control the consistency of management entries and ensure accounting reconciliations.
- Monitor inventories and participate in stock valuation.
- Provide accounting with off-balance sheet items to be included in the results.
- Identify the optimization levers and support performance:
- Detect deviations and drifts, propose and follow corrective actions.
- Highlight areas for improvement and track the gains achieved.
- Collaborate with operational managers to ensure data reliability and reduce costs.
- Contribute to the implementation of management tools (BI, ERP, automation).
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with procedures:
- Prepare the necessary elements for internal and external audits (statutory auditor, group, etc.).
- Ensure compliance of management processes with group standards.
- Ensure traceability and archiving of financial and industrial data.
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You hold a Master degree in management, accounting, finance, or industrial financial control.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
- You master standard costs, variances, and industrial indicators (TRS, OEE, scrap, consumption…).

You know how to leverage large volumes of data from the ERP to produce reliable and actionable analyses.

You are comfortable with ERPs (M3, SAP, Oracle…), especially the industrial and analytical modules.

Advanced Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools hold no secrets for you.

You understand the principles of valuation, analytical allocation, and provisions.

You master the key stages of the budget, forecasting, and closings, in relation to accounting.

You are familiar with the requirements related to internal/external audit and data compliance.

You demonstrate a true sense of leadership, adaptability, and flexibility, are organized, a good communicator, and possess a good team spirit.
