Your challenge:
Define and deploy a purchasing strategy that ensures cost competitiveness, supply reliability, quality compliance, and continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with operational teams and the Group.
Your missions:
1.Define and implement the purchasing strategy:
- Build and deploy sourcing strategies aligned with Group objectives
- Manage direct and indirect procurement activities
- Lead RFQ/RFP processes and supplier selection
2.Negotiate and manage supplier performance:
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and commercial conditions
- Develop long-term partnerships with key suppliers
- Monitor KPIs (cost, quality, lead time, service level)
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
3.Secure operations and optimize costs:
- Ensure material availability aligned with production planning
- Supervise import/export procedures (including ACID process)
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and value analysis projects
- Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance of incoming materials
4.Performance management & reporting:
- Monitor budget and purchasing KPIs
- Ensure accurate monthly reporting to the Group
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and WeGA deployment
- Ensure ERP data reliability
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- You have at least 5–7 years of experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- You master: Strategic sourcing & supplier development, Contract negotiation, Direct materials procurement, Cost analysis and reduction techniques and Import/export regulations
- You are comfortable working with ERP systems and procurement data analysis.
- Advanced Excel and reporting tools hold no secrets for you.
- You demonstrate strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, leadership ability, and a proactive mindset.
- You are organized, results-oriented, and capable of working in a multi-site and international environment.
