Your challenge
To be responsible for planning the production of finished and semi-finished products within the company.
To work with the various departments to ensure the effective management of resources and deadlines.
To play a crucial role in optimising production processes and managing the flow of goods and information, as well as in achieving the desired objectives.
To ensure product stock levels are maintained in line with the required targets.
Task 1: Draw up the production schedule
–
Plan net requirements and issue production orders based on installed capacity
– Draw up the master production plan and communicate it to the relevant departments
– Work with the procurement and warehouse departments to ensure the availability of the raw materials and components required for production.
– Define urgent export requirements for the customer
– Generate daily or weekly reports on capacity utilisation, achievement of planned volumes and adherence to customer deadlines, highlighting relevant performance indicators.
– Analyse production data to assess overall progress and identify risks in relation to customer requirements
Task 2: Define and analyse customer requirements and net production requirements
– Monitor and coordinate the execution of production orders, ensuring that deadlines, quality and safety standards are met.
– Manage unforeseen issues such as delivery delays or last-minute changes to orders.
– Work with operational teams to resolve any issues identified and maintain a steady production flow.
– Produce regular reports to present results and trends to planning managers.
– Analyse customer variations and raise the alarm in the event of any anomalies detected.
– Monitor stock levels of finished and semi-finished products and ensure stock levels are in line with the company’s targets.
– Enter supply chain parameters for items into the ERP system.
You are the ideal candidate if:
🎓 You hold a three-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Production Management or an equivalent field.
📅 You have a thorough understanding of production planning processes and know how to draw up a schedule taking into account forecasts, production capacity and operational constraints.
📊 You are able to analyse workloads, capacities and performance indicators in order to anticipate risks and ensure an optimal level of service.
💻 You are comfortable using ERP systems (M3, SAP, etc.) as well as Excel and production management tools.
🤝 You enjoy working closely with the Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Sales teams to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.
🎯 You know how to manage priorities, respond effectively to production issues and propose solutions to optimise lead times, resources and industrial performance.
You are meticulous, organised and analytical, with a proactive approach, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
