Mission 1: Monitor occupational health:
- Organise and monitor statutory and periodic medical examinations.
- Coordinate communication with the occupational health doctor and the various occupational health professionals.
- Monitor medical fitness, restrictions and recommendations, whilst ensuring confidentiality.
- Monitor individual cases requiring special attention in relation to occupational health.
- Manage and update records and documents relating to occupational health.
- Provide first aid and manage situations requiring immediate intervention, within the scope of one’s responsibilities.
- Refer staff to the appropriate healthcare professionals when the situation requires it.
Mission 2: To develop health prevention measures:
- Identify health issues linked to working conditions.
- Propose and implement preventative measures tailored to employees’ needs.
- Organise awareness-raising campaigns on occupational health issues.
Raise staff awareness of best practices that help protect their health. - Analyse data relating to occupational health issues and propose measures for improvement.
- Help to implement the preventative measures agreed with stakeholders
Mission 3: To improve ergonomics and working conditions:
- Observe and analyse work situations involving physical or ergonomic constraints.
- Identify factors likely to contribute to the onset of musculoskeletal disorders.
- Carry out ergonomic assessments of workstations.
- Propose ergonomic improvements tailored to the constraints of each workstation.
- Support the implementation of the recommended workstation adjustments.
- Assess the effectiveness of the ergonomic measures put in place.
- Help to incorporate ergonomic principles when designing or modifying workstations.
Mission 4: Contribute to the continuous improvement of working conditions:
- Identify opportunities to improve working conditions.
- Take part in projects aimed at improving staff wellbeing and working conditions.
- Collaborate with the various departments on issues relating to health and ergonomics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that have an impact on staff health.
- Keep abreast of best practice in occupational health and ergonomics.
You are the ideal candidate if:
🎓 You hold a three-year degree or higher in Occupational Psychology and Ergonomics, Nursing or an equivalent field.
🩺 Do you have a thorough understanding of occupational health issues and know how to identify situations that could affect employees’ health and working conditions?
📊 Are you able to analyse workstations, identify ergonomic risks and propose improvement measures tailored to the realities on the ground?
📋 Do you know how to monitor preventative measures, occupational health indicators and files relating to employees’ health?
🤝 Do you enjoy working closely with the HR, Production and Occupational Health teams, as well as other key stakeholders within the company, to promote a healthy and suitable working environment?
🎯 Are you thorough, organised, a good listener and able to turn on-the-ground observations into concrete actions to bring about lasting improvements to working conditions?
