1. What are the prices and is there a minimum order?

The applicable Prices are reserved for professionals and are established on the basis of an estimate. Our prices are per unit, ex works.

There is no minimum order quantity, but there is a minimum invoice amount: €80 excluding VAT, excluding shipping costs.

 

2. What are the terms of payment?

Payment is by bank transfer, in advance and/or up to 45 days end of month.

 

3. Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €13.50 excluding VAT for delivery in mainland France and Belgium. Free delivery applies to invoices over €220 excluding VAT.

4. How do you know if your products are compatible with your application?

The compatibility of each product in the application is indicated by dots in the columns of the various brands. This information is for guidance only, and the manufacturer’s documentation is the only reference.

 

5. How do I return a product?

Any appliance deemed to be defective must be returned to : COTHERM – Service Retour – 107 traverse des Levées – Parc d’activité Les Levées – 38470 Vinay.

Each return must be accompanied by a tracking form, specifying the cause of the defect. Any unit returned may be dismantled for analysis, and will not be taken under warranty if it proves to be in conformity.

6. How do I identify a model number?

Our part numbers are printed in black ink on the side of the thermostat (not engraved). The name can be printed or engraved on the cover.

The catalog is available for download on the Cotherm.com website in the Genuine Spare Parts section.

 

6. How can I obtain additional technical information?

You can ask your technical questions via the contact page on the Cotherm.com website. In order to provide you with the best possible response, we ask you to indicate the product reference, the application and the nature of your questions.

 

7. Can I order parts that are not in the catalog?

We can deliver non-catalog parts depending on the availability of the requested part number and with a minimum charge. Please contact us using the contact form on our cotherm.com website.
